Week one went really well. I felt like I could easily follow the plan, and I really enjoyed the fact that I could eat most anything I want as long as I controlled how much of it I ate! I am really excited to tell you that in the first week, I lost 3.8 lbs! I feel awesome! I had gained some weight, so that changes my ticker a little bit, but it's all good! Can't wait to see what Week 2 has in store for me!
